Primary Responsibilities:

Alpha Energy Specialists work one on one with homeowners, informing them on the importance of renewable energy and guiding them through the transition to solar energy from traditional, non-renewable resources. With the leadership mindset, you will create your own schedule, collaborate with others, and make your own earnings.

• Setting up appointments with qualifying homeowners via outside sales
• Develops and expands the knowledge of the benefits of going solar
• Determine customer needs and how we can deliver quality service
• Maintain relationships with current and future homeowners within the community.

Requirements:

• Zero Sales Experience
• Must have high energy and a team-collaborative mindset
• Be effective communicators
• Electronic device on-hand; tablet, computer.
• Reliable transportation
• Language skills NOT REQUIRED; Spanish is a plus!
• College students ENCOURAGED

Pay: $84,999.00 - $129,999.00 per year
